Personnel jeune mais professionnel donc déjà bravo, réactif suite à l’incident, propre

On m’a surclassé ce qui était censé être une bonne chose mais à l’arrivé la chambre sentait les toilettes tout le séjour. Et l’incident était que à la nuit tombée la chambre voisine des jeunes femmes ivres ont fait un raffut jusqu’à 1h du matin j’ai alors contacté l’accueil qui sont venus leurs demander de respecter et elle ont dit oui puis ont rigolé de la situation, le pauvre jeune homme en service ne pouvait rien faire d’autre. Donc le surclassement c’est transformé en cauchemar
