Bed & Breakfast de Zandhoef

Lovely decor of the apartment which is in nice quiet location. Comfortable bed. Sofa bed for kids not as good as the top second bed wasn’t made, so couldn’t be used, in fact it had unchanged sheets from the previous guests still on. Loved the animals and the jacuzzi.

Lots of flies inside, didn’t feel like it has been cleaned properly before our stay. Old sheets from previous guests left on the second beds.

Very friendly host, nice and quiet area. Some animals around the property. Property clean and tidy, very handy.

No instructions for coffee machine, which was frustrating.

The location, the facilities were good after a long driving trip. I rested very well after a long journey and we were ready for our second leg of our journey back to Denmark. Bad, Hanneke, the children and Bas’ mom, the dogs and the animals are such nice hosts :)

The location near a forest in a quiet place full of animals. Our kids loved it. After a long trip from Denmark to France, it was so nice to have the jacuzzi. Beds were good and we had a really proper night sleep ready to hit the road on the following day with our Tesla fully charged:) (they have a Tesla charger 👍) We are definitely coming back!

arrived to a warm welcome, after a long journey , the owner was happy to chat and answer our question of somewhere close by to eat. Our dog was also welcomed and we had a nice stay. very good nights sleep and loved the hot tub.

found the tv was too complicated for us to use and didn't want to disturb the owner to ask it was after 21:00hrs ( maybe a short guide press this button etc left in the property would help for non dutch speakers ) if we had stayed more than one night i would of ask him to explain it.
