"Five Rooms: You won't be alone."

Secured location and proximity to the town centre.

We were not informed that we won't be the only ones on the property. THEY HAD FIVE ROOMS. It felt like a hostel and it wasn't so tidy. No access to the advertised back garden. No air conditioner and fit.

"Only suitable for transient workers"

Location proximity to Dartford centre was good. Room was basic but clean, my belongings were safe during my stay.

There is no parking! Unless you dont have somewhere to be between 9-5am you will not find any visitor bays available. Moving onto the house itself, The communal areas of the property were filthy. Ants on the kitchen counters. Stained carpets and a mouldy bathroom. Trash outside on the ground. No tv or radio in the bedroom. Was an uncomfortable stay to say the least
