Condo with great view in PJ

Lovely condo, comfortable and spacious with amazing views. The balcony wraps all the way around and is a lovely place to sit with a coffee. Excellent water pressure in the showers.

Access to the location is difficult, we used a lot of Grab drivers and its very confusing navigating around the area. The attached mall is huge and half empty, so there is a lot of walking involved to get any food or supplies.

The host was very friendly—personally accompanied me to the unit and gave a clear demonstration of all the facilities in the house. The washing machine was available for me to do my laundry, and the view was absolutely fascinating.

Nice view outside, large comfortable bed in master bedroom (big surprise). Too little to compensate the filth of the apartment. We cleaned it ourselves bit by bit so as not to have to move with child and luggage after check in.

We were put in a FILTHY apartment, that we had to clean ourselves for 3 hrs to make it livable. Crap in the toilet, hair, crumbs, dandruff, dirt everywhere. We had the most disgusting experience of our lives, and we've stayed in many places all over the world... Never seen such indolence with regard to hygiene. Cockroach traps everywhere (!!), of course live and dead ones... Including monster-size cockroaches in the bathroom.... Besides all this, there is a frequent loud pipe noise in the apartment which wakes one up every time sb in the building has a shower. During the day it's not a big problem, but at night it's a major issue in both rooms, so we had trouble resting even after we cleaned and disinfected the place. Aircon in small room not functioning, dirty dishes and cutlery, horrible stench on the balcony (probably from lack of cleaning)... the list goes on and on... Oh, and btw: the owner and whoever sees whassup can enter your room anytime using the code, you will receive no key, just a code!!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is extremely convenient — the bus stop is right at the entrance of the building, and the train station is just a few minutes away. Bila Bila Mart and 7-Eleven are located in the same building, making everything easily accessible. The view from the apartment was wholesome and refreshing. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials, allowing us to cook our own meals and truly feel at home. The check-in process was smooth, and the host remained in touch throughout our stay. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience. We would definitely love to stay here again!

The host is great. the flat is wonderful. Everything is working in good order. There is food court and convenience store right under the building.

the only issue was that the common bathroom wasn't cleaned when we arrive, and it is noticeably dirty, especially the toilet bowl. the cleaner must have skipped it, and the host missed it.

I like how the kitchenette is complete with cooking tools, all electrical devices is functioning well. They got washing machine and drying rack. Save us some trip to the laundry which is just downstair. TV have netflix installed and wifi is good!

Well, upon check-in we have to wait for hours but owner had explained and its due to they didnt receive any notification from Booking.com. We understand and everything sorted out. Just if u happen to book this place on last minute, please contact owner first then u secure the booking. So that owner can prepare the place for u. We cant rely on booking.com 100% to notify the owner.

Does not meet my expectations. 1. The balcony is dirty. 2. The pillows, blankets not quality. 3. Got mosquitoes during night time.
