USLocation to the M3 subway was great. The beds were comfortable enough, about what you expect for this price. 3x rooms with 3x double beds.
The host notified last moment there was no electricity in certain areas and promised a 10% refund for the inconvenience. They never gave a refund. The electricity issues appeared to be much older than indicated with battery operated lights installed to try and help... Room was cold...probably 12C to 15C upon arrival and it took a day of 2x plug in heaters to get up to normal 22C temperature. Host was very slow to respond on messaging and kept promising followup but never delivered. Noticed broken desk fans...guessing from summer season. Upstairs is not OK for tall people, ceiling is about 180cm and you can never stand up straight...consider upstairs only for kids. I've stayed many places in Budapest, I am Hungarian/American, and this was not up to the quality for the price. It's now been two weeks and no refund for the partially functional apartment.

GBIncredibly facilitating owners, super cosy for a group of people, charming, public transport great, really enjoyed stay. The door sizes were comical.
A few amenities were missing: bath plugs and water temperature could be improved but I have no doubt the owners can improve these in the future.
MYApartment was well maintained and very clean when we came in. Great host and location.
