River side view . Beas river was easily accessable

Cleanliness and hygiene of Resturant over there . Too many flies at restaurant . Even bathroom did not have wiper to wipe the floor or napkins for washing face.

Nothing about the property and the staff was likable.

1. I did not get the room as shown in the photos. 2. They gave a shitty smelling room. 3. The bedsheets, pillow covers were really really dirty. 3. The bathroom wall was mould infested. 4. The staff were rude and misbehaved (especially the receptionist) and did not listen to any of our requests to change the sheets and covers. He rather said "Sir saare chaadar aise hi hote hain oil ke daag lage hue". 5.I told them that the light in the room is broken if they can do something about it. And they said "Sir light aise hi hai kisi ne kabhi complain nahi kiya aap hi kar rhe complain." 6. Breakfast was horrible. Poha was stale as of one day stale. Same about the bread sandwich Might sound like I am on purposefully defaming this property but honestly do not choose this property if you don't want to ruin your vacation.
