The hotel’s location was convenient with direct access to the river—unfortunately, that was the only highlight of the stay.

The food options were very limited and available only during a limited window. Cleanliness across food, utensils, and the dining area was below expectations. Staff behavior came across as rude, and there was no designated parking space within the hotel premises. Overall, the setup seems more suitable for solo travelers or bachelors rather than families.

Receptionist was very rude and didn’t know how to talk to their customers. Place was too dark and smelly. They didn’t give my advance back after I refused to stay.. extremely poor place to stay.
