Luana Airport Apartments #3

Unfortunately, there was nothing positive about this stay. The experience was extremely stressful and disappointing from beginning to end.

The apartment was very dirty and did not match the standard shown in the listing. There was dust, dirt, stains, and poor hygiene throughout the property. After reporting the issues, I was offered another room which had a very strong smell that aggravated my asthma. The situation then escalated when the owner behaved aggressively and made me feel unsafe. Police and ambulance services attended the property. I was forced to leave and find alternative accommodation.

Come posizione era ok per il resto sconsiglio veramente. Non abbiamo avuto l’acqua per Un giorno intero .

Molto cara per le condizioni che ci sono .

Le lit principal n’était pas confortable du tout L’eau était brûlante le matin quand nous avons voulu nous doucher.

Mi è piaciuto molto la luce della stanza , bellissimo affacciarsi alla finestra e vedere tutto innevato

La struttura nella descrizione non dice che è solo una grande stanza , con un letto cucina e un divano! È vicino alle terme / aeroporto ma appunto perché è così vicina i Bolt molte volte annullavano le corse perché era un tratto breve! Sulle lenzuola c erano capelli non miei , il divano macchiato , la spugnetta della cucina usata!!! Non c era nemmeno il phon l’ho dovuto chiedere! La tv dei anni 90! Una puzza nel portone indescrivibile. Assenza di microonde veramente un brutto ricordo , non è stato per niente piacevole soggiornare con 2 bambini!

The living room is ok

The flat is generally clean and well maintained. The overall cleanliness is good and everything looks tidy and organised. However, the lighting could be improved. The space feels a little dark, especially in the day Adding warmer or additional light sources would make the flat feel more comfortable and welcoming. The bathroom also needs some improvement. While it is usable, the shower area and finishing details look a bit worn and would benefit from maintenance or small upgrades. Improving the bathroom condition would significantly increase the overall impression of the flat .Also the pressure of water very low. Overall, the flat is clean and functional, but better lighting and some bathroom improvements would make it much more appealing.Thank you
