Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Superb location and all the contact beforehand was amazing. So so helpful. Stayed there for the marathon and it was a perfect location. Lovely little coffee spot Portobello near the studio. Host was really helpful.

Secure gate into the studio was perfect. Quiet enough spot….odd few people passing by at night but nothing to complain about.

The flat is well located near to the beach and the metro is really close so it helps with going to the city centre in few minutes. The flat is spacious and comfortable for few people. Moreover, it is clean and well equipped and the staff is really helpful. I truly recommend it! 😊
