6 Bronze Bay Umhlanga Rocks

Location was fantastic. Full ocean view, easy access to the beach front walk-way and beach. You can hear the sea from inside the apartment. A lovely easy walk to the delightful Forrest Cafe. Great patio with gas braai. Close to restaurants and shops Pearls Mall and Oceans Mall and Whale bone pier. Easy drive into the city - less than 20 min to Ushaka Marine, Moses Mabida stadium, Kingsmead and Kingspark. 5 mins from Sharks board.

Only 4 of everything in the unit, bare minimum utensils and cooking ware in the kitchen. No tea/coffee/sugar/milk on arrival. This kitchen is perfect for 'Heat and eat' meals and prepping for a braai, but not for proper 'from scratch' cooking. However, plenty of choice in restaurants and take-aways available close by.

The location was very good. Close to walkway and village. When we had issues the housekeeper was quick to address them.

On arrival the security gate could not be opened so we had to wait about 2 hours to get access. The apartment looks really old and rundown. The passageway and stairwell into the building is dark and ugly. The apartment could really do with an upgrade. Main bathroom ceiling over bath is broken and looks a bit dangerous. Cutlery and crockery in kitchen is old and stained.

Aircons would be super , however at the very least Please install ceiling fans to enhance comfort. the garage is too small and cannot accommodate even a small vehicle, one has to park outside and the tree fallings messes up the car to a point that it cannot be driven without being washed. These trees must be cut down. It is extremely difficult to wash the car each and every morning.
