"clean, comfortable and well located"

I really liked the location-remote from town and on the cliffs, communication with Maialen was fluent and easy, i had good privacy in my room and homey feeling in the house.

The kitchen lacked some basic facilites (trash can, towels) and cleaning materials took up a lot of room and made the stay feel more sterile and less homey. I also thought the price was a bit high for the condition of shared toilet.

We had the best stay here! We arrived absolutely soaking wet from a rainy day on the Camino and were warmly welcomed by Maialen. Our room was clean and comfy (best sleep on the Camino by far!) and the location is incredible! Steps away from San Telmo Ermita and a beautiful viewpoint of the Flysch and the beach. I can’t recommend this stay more. The host was so wonderful and kind, and the location was 10/10.

La correcta atención de la propietaria.

La sonoridad de prácticamente todo, ruido en sistema de calefacción, ruido cada vez que alguien va al baño (tener en cuenta que se comparte) se escucha TODO de los demás inquilinos, estaban en el salón en la parte de abajo y tuve que darles el toque de atención a eso de las 12 de la noche, en definitiva no pudimos descansar. Tema aparte,la limpieza justa justa, la ropa de cama bien pero las toallas un olor horrible. No creo que seamos muy exigentes pero descuidar algo así con el tema higiénico pues no nos gustó, la verdad no volvería. Por ese precio de lo que cuesta un hotel ofrecen un albergue compartido.
