La cercanía a la ermita de San Telmo y los flysch.

La habitación estaba muy vieja, pero toda la casa necesita una buena reforma, uno de los lavabos no tragaba y te tiraba todo a los pies, las zonas comunes olían bastante regular y no te invitaba a poder usarlas. En general sucia.
