Very attractive, quiet, convenient to the cultural sights.

I did not like the addition of a cleaning fee after we had already booked, as well as the addition of an extra tourist tax, which was known (instituted by the Italian government in early August) at the time we booked, but we were informed of later that we owed 5 Euros per person per day. Also, the toiletries were minimal for a nice property. A good cake of soap (only a tiny one was supplied), laundry detergent, body lotion, and conditioner should be included. It seemed miserly of the managers of the property not to include those things. I was sure I booked for two people, but I will blame that on Booking.com or possibly myself that I missed and only booked for 1 person. This plus we were met with yet another add-on cost.

The property is spacious, modern and well designed. The check-in process was super easy since Kristina met us at the apartment to hand us the keys and give us some information about the area. The location is spectacular - very central, near everything, and a 2-minute walk to Piazza Vecchia. I would recommend it and would stay here again without hesitation.

The only thing that surprised us was that we could easily hear noise from people walking by the property. Even though the windows look new, they don't seem to seal the outside noise very well. The good thing is that the property is located in a fairly quiet side street, so it wasn't a big problem.

Great location and appartamento right at the centre of Citta Alta. Very modern in an old, recently refurbished building. Perfecto!

Nothing we didn't like here, but a view and a little outside space would be good, but not possible in this location.

This is a top design luxurious property located just behind the Duomo in the heart of the Città Alta. I love this high tech retreat and the historical house. This is absolutely gorgeous

The apartment was located on the ground floor. There was a lack of natural light and outdoor area. The apartment has no views

A lovely apartment right in the middle of Citta Alta! We were close to the best bars and restaurants in Bergamo .... Citta Alta is a wonderful, magical place and I know we will go back there again and again!
