Very nice room, easy access on ground floor. Very friendly staff and helpful.

I only like Aizel, she was a perfect host that made me feel better about everything. The pool was ok with the atrium.

I did not like only 4 local TV channels, bed uncomfortable. No toiletries given and price 3 times more than other hotel i stay close that has 50 TV channels half English more comfortable bed with Toiletries and even a refrigerator....this place had nothing in the room. I was then charged for every extra little thing.....

There's no food options in the hotel.

The area around/ inside BF Homes has limited number of good business hotels. Guests have very limited choice. You can walk 10 minutes to SM BF where there are restaurants, cafes and shopping.

This hotel can be further improved to become small boutique hotels like the ones in Cambodia or Vietnam. It can serve as a good guest options for residents of BF Homes. These days it is more practical to stay in a hotel than to prepare the house for guests.

I like how accommodating the staff. They are friendly and will assist you immediately.

The washroom is really small. The toilet seat and its gap to the wall are too narrow and if you are tall, it will be very hard for you. Ants are also visible in the washroom area. Sackets are broken and only 1 is working. It can be improved since the place and staff are nice.
