The apartment has a great space, and it's very well located. I had an issue at check-in, and it was resolved very quickly. I really appreciate that.

The apartment walls are a bit dirty. They could use a paint job. Also, cleaning supplies are not provided to maintain the cleanliness of the apartment during your stay.

Clean, quiet despite being in centre of Brentwood, spacious, safe, lovely furnishings and tea/coffee/milk/sugar was nice touch as well as slippers if needed. Will return when visiting the area again. Very helpful and accommodating host.

Nothing really, I was happy with it and will be returning.

"Pleasant"

•Great central location

•Only 2 towels for a family of 4 for 3 days •Parking 5 minute walk away and £9 per day •Dirty underwear left in washing machine •Some parts could have been cleaner- especially kitchen

It was central, easy access, very clean,comfortable & secure.

It was a short stay so would have expected a tea towel & light bulbs in bedroom lamp. In addition there was an old quilt in wardrobe so no room to hang clothes & no hangers. I was pleased I had brought my own hairdryer as the box containing one in the bedroom was empty No rubbish bags available Also no parking that I was aware of

I recommend the apartment, it was clean, spacious and excellently decorated. The room was super spacious, beautiful and very comfortable for a good rest. The super living room with incredible views, the kitchen with everything you need for a home. Excellent location, everything at hand, shops, supermarkets and banks. I would stay again in the future. The host was excellent, super friendly and very attentive in everything. Thank you very much for your services.

Very new and well equipped. Close to the center and rail station. Big supermarket and restaurants in the area
