Un endroit calme, la Clim et la piscine super ! Le logement super !

Il y avait la télé, mais pas de NETFLIX, on a dû brancher notre téléphone à la TÉLÉ pour regarder des films le soir. Pas de couteau de cuisine sauf pour le repas, couteau et fourchette et cuillère. La femme de ménage est venu nous voir pour mettre les draps propre dans le placard pour que la patronne vienne nettoyer le lendemain alors qu’on n’était entrain de dormir. Mais bon elle s’est excusée et est repartie. L’endroit était un peu difficile à trouver car le nom du Bungalow est Matavai et non Toah Piti comme sur Booking. Je pense qu’il faudrait changer le nom sur Booking pour qu’on le trouve plus facilement sur internet. Après notre départ vers 11h05, la femme qui était avec la patronne (ps : où peut être c’était elle la patronne) n’était pas du tout souriante ou pas contente, peut être c’est le fait que nous avions quitté un peu en retard le logement.

Terrible experience. Booked for 4 days left after one. No one was there to meet us at the agreed time. The bungalow was left with windows open and broken insect screens, this meant there was a cloud of around 30 mosquitoes waiting for us upon arrival. No baby bed was available for our 20 month baby. Surfaces including the toilet seat were very dirty, windows had not been cleaned for some time. Shower, TV, clock and curtain rails all broken. We complained to the property managers who agreed to refund us for the remaining days and were very sympathetic. There are several cockerels in the garden and they began a very loud chorus from midnight onwards. This seemed to set off the dogs that live next door. We did not sleep after midnight.

Garden and outdoor furniture is nice.

We arrived and the access road was quite flooded and in bad state, which we weren’t warned about. The place in itself could be good but it was so dirty! Cushions, curtains and towels with stains, spiderwebs everywhere. Glasses were dirty and there were hairs on plates, plus crockery and cutlery is a mix of second hand stuff, some broken or in a bad shape. Shower hanger was broken. I called the owner to ask for at least a refund for the second night to go somewhere else and they declined saying the payment was processed and they sent the housekeeper again. The lady came with a bunch of people and asked was the problem was. My French is poor so I pointed out just two or three things. She just changed the towels, washed the coffee maker and took the cushions away. A very uncomfortable situation. We’ve been in way more decent places in this price range, I don’t recommend.
