Tides Motel - Hampton Beach

Very clean very nice

The property was a typical room for the beach. It was clean and comfortable. The only item I needed to purchase was a roll of paper towels.

The one thing that could have been done was to tighten the toilet seat. That’s all.

It was clean, comfortable, staff was kind and accommodating, and the location was very convenient.

I was located above the office in the street side and I didn’t necessarily love all of the traffic right outside the window and porch.

Clean and great location

One of the best rooms we’ve stayed in at Hampton Beach. The king bed was very comfortable. Shower was excellent with plenty of hot water. Very clean and seemed freshly painted. New fridge/freezer worked great. Short walk to beach and businesses, and short walk the other direction to the beautiful salt marsh.

This is not The Tides fault, but the people in the room next to us were fighting loudly all night. When the motel is not full, which it wasn’t, better to spread your guests out. A hook on the bathroom door would be a small improvement as well as a shelf or table to keep sundries off the bathroom floor.
