Tides Motel - Hampton Beach

Friendly staff, clean room and very comfortable bed. Close to the beach and boardwalk :)

Located on a busy street in a noisy area. Rooms are sparsely furnished and have an empty feeling.

Staff was great

The room was empty, no table or chairs and some outlets did not work, I had to move the coffee pot to an outlet that did not work. The bed was to firm.

We love the location. We come here every year, even before covid. Rooms are newly renovated and very clean.

The property was a typical room for the beach. It was clean and comfortable. The only item I needed to purchase was a roll of paper towels.

The one thing that could have been done was to tighten the toilet seat. That’s all.
