Tides Motel - Hampton Beach

They let us in earlier than 3 pm. They also switched rooms so we could get in. I requested a first floor room and a parking space on site because I have trouble walking. They accommodated us.

We had to check in across the street and there was no one there to check out with. It was early ( about 8:30am) and there was a drop box.

the room was nice BUT for may it was freezing out that night and the heat did NOT work. i had gotten a cold .if i wasnt leaving i would have gone and complained ....but the office wasnt even on the property and i was too cold to go and demand a refund.

No counter in bathroom, stairs seemed shaky.

did not have breakfast.

Could have a better coffee maker, It was a problem to use. Also did not like the fact that there was only 2 chairs for the table in the room.

The location of this property is amazing, within walking distance to everything.
