Great location near the beach.

1. Unpleasant communication. The boss only replied messages after hours. You might not be able to find the place. 2. Terrible management. Staffs were friendly but none of them was professional. Didn't proactively tell me the time of breakfast and room wi-fi password upon check-in. I had to ask for password afterwards. One day I missed the breakfast bc I thought it's the same as my last hotel which is till 10 am but in fact it's 9:30 am. 3. Another day they filled the whole yard with white smokes of repellents without alerts while I was still in the room and the white smelly smoke came in to fill the room so I was forced out. The swimming pool became turbid after that. They don't really care if you're bothered by any of these. 4. I've never seen so many aggressive notes in a hotel. "VISITORS NOT ALLOWED" on the wall of entrance. On the door of bathroom it says do not use our towels in case of injury. That's all you care about when your guest's injured. Can't you just ask for cleaning fee or cost for towels in that case?
