The owner was very friendly and helped us with everything, including transportation and providing useful information about the area. His approach to us was exceptionally high-standard. The apartment and its furnishings were like new and very clean. The apartment was on the third floor, which was no problem with the elevator and actually offered a beautiful view of the surroundings. The air conditioning worked perfectly, so despite the high outdoor temperatures, the apartment was very comfortable. The stay was absolutely great.

There was nothing to criticize.

Our host was amazing from the time we were picked up/dropped off at the airport, Andrea was humble and very helpful with any request we made, the area has ample food options. Great place to stay if you need to be close to the airport.

I like to have an iron in the room, I'm sure it will be available next time I visit.

The property was handy to the airport as we needed a stop over . Andrea was so good have clear instructions where to meet when we arrived and kept in contact along the way. The property is new and was lovely and super clean couldn’t fault it . Loved the door how it opened out onto the deck . There are eatery’s right next to the motel We were tied from our flight so didn’t try them . Also continental breakfast was handy and good I think Andrea forgot the butter there was only one but wasn’t a problem it’s probably because I like alot of butter .

It was a very spacious, clean, and modern. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was nice. The blinds were motorized and perfectly shut out noise and light.

The air conditioning didn't reach the bedroom very well since the unit was outside the room so a shut door turned into a warm room.

Very pleasant and comfortable apartment, a few minutes ride away from Fiumincino airport. Clean, with huge balcony and nice view. The breakfast was also quite good. The host was very kind and helpful, all the instructions about entrance and everything was clear. The bus to both airport and city centre is two minutes walk from the apartment.

No complaints about the apartment. Just be ready with taxi services in general and see your options in advances, otherwise you might be surprised with the prices!

New,clean and modern apartment with huge balcony. Few minutes drive to Fiumicino airport. There are restaurants and pizza shops nearby. Reserved parking is a plus. Host was responsive and accommodating.

Breakfast is very basic with croissant, cereals, yoghurt and milk.
