"Amazing place!"

The park around the hotel is incredible. The rooms are extremely big and have all amenities available. Above all, the staff was so accomodating, helpful and friendly. We would have stayed longer if we had not planned the rest of our trip. If we come back to Ireland, we would definitly go back as there are so many things to see around the hotel.

"Brilliant Stay and everything was perfect."

Hotel is just Fabulous! Great staff, great decor and the room was so quirky, it was just brilliant. Food was good too and overall the service was just top notch. My wife also enjoyed the spa aswell.

"A very beautiful building and gardens. I do feel the staff let it down. We felt over looked as guests."

The property is really lovely and well located but our room was really hot and stuffy the windows didn’t open up wide enough to let fresh air in. The was a slanted roof left it awkward getting in and out of bed. There was sweet paper and dust on the floor beside the bed and side cabinet

It was a beautiful old property with allot of personality. I feel the staff let it down. There was no friendly greeting on arrival. It was our first time being there we weren’t told where breakfast would be in the morning or dinning room. Nothing was explained.There was a wedding taking place and as guest we felt over looked. The staff looked stressed and very busy in the restaurant and at breakfast we over heard two members of staff argue with each other during breakfast . The service wasn’t great my husband finished his food while I waited for mine.

The view and grounds were gorgeous. The staff were amazing our waiter Cian was so helpful & brings a great vibe to the whole experience

Location was OK.

Check in staff were unhelpful, there are no lifts and many steps so getting bags to the room was an ordeal, the room was tiny with poor facilities, no fridge for example, rootqm had not been properly cleaned, clump of hair on the floor, bathroom doors did not close properly, poor ventilation, room was above kitchen area and noise started at 6.30am. All in all one of the worst hotels at which I have ever stayed. Do not stay there with making sure you have the room well sorted out.
