Breakfast was really good. The room was very comfortable.

I didn’t like having to go outside again to get to the room.

Great location, staff so friendly and welcoming. Loved the thermal suite.

Rooms extremely warm, even with radiators off and window open. Mattress wasn’t great, would expect better in a hotel.

The elegance

Check in was easy, rang ahead with some special requests, these were handled confidently and without alerting my partner. The room was amazing, the jacuzzi and spacious balcony (though the weather didn’t permit too much use of the balcony, during the summer would be amazing). The spa was very relaxing, staff were professional and provided a very relaxing experience. Will definitely be retuning.

Not much I can say here, they are undergoing some expansions, it didn’t take away from the experience, however, I’d imagine the experience would be even better if we visited during a time when these were complete

Room 101 shows signs of wear that it shouldn't. In the area where the TV is, there a Is exposed metal from the base that should be covered. A minor detail, but for what you are paying for this room, should be impeccable.

This hotel is wonderful. The property is spectacular. It felt so private and luxurious. It is also very close to everything you want to see in the Boyne Valley. The spa is wonderful. This hotel was a highlight of my whole trip. I highly recommend staying here!

Lovely bar area and fireplace, great breakfast and perfect location for exploring surrounding area
