Zeno stay - No Loadshedding

Location was so central! Everything was close by. The apartment is so spacious & everything you need is catered for. The daytime views are fantastic & nightlife / lights can keep you occupied for hours! 😝

If I have to complain about something (but really this is a minor) there is a bad smell coming from the main bathroom. It comes and goes…

The location and view were really good. The apartment was clean and neat, and had beautiful bathrooms. The parking in the basement with secure lift to the apartment was great. Real value for money.

Nothing.

The apartment is very spacious and corresponds perfectly to the description that is provided. It is larger than it seems in the photos. It is in an excellent location, conveniently close to all the main activities and attractions of Cape Town, and it has all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, the rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are great. Check in is simple and comfortable.

The master bedroom bathroom sometimes smells bad. Some streets around the house are not exactly recommended for a walk. However, at the entrance of the condominium there 24h security guard so it is not a problem for guests

Location to shops and v&a

No dishwasher, not pleasant to walk in streets , bad smell from main bathroom , overpowering diffusers to kill smell, broken scissors on fridge door , small main bedroom , only one bedside light

I liked everything about the Zeno Stay, good and comfortable couch and beds, well thought off dining table and chairs, enough kitchen-ware and utensils. Modern electric items. Abundant detergent and cleaning equipment with a washing machine and a dryer. The room is well lit, good view in accessible distance to long street, V&A, take outs in walking distance, easily accessible and secure.

Too strict on visitors policy. In my case, we were there to celebrate my sister's graduation then we had daytime events planned to complement celebrations. It was a hustle to get her and her friends come be with us for a few hours during the day nor could we have breakfast together. Security is very strict and does not have an ear to judge a case in isolation.

The apartment had amazing views, it’s modern and so clean! Love that Jessica is so welcoming and accommodating. We felt like we were living in luxury during our stay.

Nothing - even though it’s on a main road, the noise levels are minimal which is great!

Everything was exceptional . The facilities were modern and 5 star . Security really great and secure . Location perfect , central to a lot of places

Besides a small smell from the main bathroom towards the end of our stay I will definitely be a repeat user in the future .
