The apartment looked modern and appealing in the photos, but sadly, this was not the reality.

• The apartment was freezing cold when we arrived. • Only one of the air conditioners worked, and even after waiting for over 2 hours, it didn’t warm the apartment. • The host ignored our calls and failed to communicate effectively about resolving the issue. • The apartment does not match the photos. The rooms are much smaller, not as clean, and there were visible stains on the furniture. • We were forced to leave and book a hotel to ensure our health and comfort.

Location was great, very cosy and good value for money

Mattress was a little bit stiff, a mattress topper and extra pillows would make this stay even better

Beautifully decorated apartment in the center of the Thessaloniki. Very clean. Very helpful hosts.

Location, clean, very generous provisions, recently renovated, good air con, two verandahs

Shower was a bit small, would be good to have hooks to hang towels.
