L'appartamento è ampio, pulito e a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dal centro del paese. Consigliatissimo.

Non abbiamo avuto nessun problema.

La posizione è ottima . Un plauso alla Sig.ra Inna per la sua disponibilità e gentilezza.

Consiglio alcuni accorgimenti per migliorare il soggiorno: Occorre una zanzariera e una tenda alla finestra per evitare i raggi del sole al mattino che ti accecano. Occorre provvedere al benessere degli ospiti fornendo una TV .

Piano molto alto , ovviamente senza ascensore essendo uno stabile antico , non adatto a persone grandi di età

La posizione è sicuramente fantastica, a due passi dal porticciolo di Bisceglie e nel pieno centro storico. Il signor Domenico un perfetto padrone di casa, ci ha accolti nel migliore dei modi, preoccupandosi anche di farci avere immediatamente il permesso di accesso alla zona ztl. Da subito ci è parso di essere nella nostra casa al mare, certo, un pò vintage, ma areata e con una vista spettacolare! Non c'è l'aria condizionata, ma tre ventilatori fanno bene la loro funzione, inoltre è una zona molto arieggiata e anche se fa caldo si sta sempre bene. Ci sono tanti locali in cui mangiare piatti tipici e particolari. Ci siamo sentiti a casa!

Il getto della doccia poco potente forse, ma capisco che essendo all'ultimo piano sono problemi che a volte capitano.

Nice location, very central. Spacious property. Good-sized fridge/freezer. A historical property with a lot of character - but this also meant that it had its drawbacks: see below! This cold be a bvery nice property if the host didn't seem to have a strong aversion to spending any money on basic facilities.

1. Toilet paper: only 1 roll supplied for 2 guests for 4 days. When I asked for more the host reluctantly provided one extra roll while saying that one roll had always been enough in the past. I doubt that. More likely is that previous guests had to buy extra toilet paper - as did we. 2. Problems with hot water. There didn't seem to be any hot water. Upon messaging the host, he showed us where the switch was. The switch was ummarked and there was no way of knowing that this switch was for the hot water. The host said that he was always 'forgetting' to mark the switch. In addition, the water pressure was very poor and mercurial. Somtimes the pressure was almost non existent and at other times it was adequate. Thus, one literally had to strike while the water was hot (and flowing); i.e. shower if the pressure was ok. I guess that when other flat dwellers were using the water, the pressure dropped off a cliff. 3. Problems with the cooker and kitchen. (i) Very limited cutlery provided and no coffee pot. asked the host for a coffee pot, but this was defective. (ii) I couldn't get the portable mini induction hob to work.. The hist told me there was special sequence involved in presing the buttons. He decided, however, to kep this information to himself. There was a gas cooker in the kitchen, but the gas was not connected. Eventually, the host reluctantly connected the gas so that we could heat up the food that we had brought with us. (iii) The wifi was only a notional concept and the network occasionally appeared like a mirage only to disappear seconds later. In practical terms there is no functioning wifi. While looking for a place to stay for this trip, I was struck by the price of this property as it seemed to represent excellent value. Price was actually not my prime consideration, however, rather a combination of location and the size and facilities of the property. I was not expecting a palace given the price I paid..
