"Bugs in the house and no sleep"

yes the house is well decorated and has a sea view! but if you have winged insects living in your house and you can't sleep for 3 nights, it doesn't really matter! I would prefer a clean and comfortable place to sleep rather than a fancy one. we had to live with winged insects the night we got home and there were about 15-17 of them inside and they suddenly appeared on the kitchen and bathroom ceiling. of course I was very scared because my legs were bitten 5 times. we practically begged the property owners for two nights in a row to change our place or refund our money and move to another place but they did nothing but send messages. we couldn't sleep all night and were stuck in the bedroom. I asked for a full refund and they said they couldn't give it to me. I won't remove my bad comments until I get a full refund. you may think I'm exaggerating just by reading the comment so you can see the photos below.
