Lo mejor la ubicación. Está cerca de todo

Le falta mantenimiento y una limpieza mas profunda. La entrada al apartamento da un poco de miedo con todos lo cables sueltos.

Excelente ubicacion, cerca de todo ( bares, comercios, teatro Falla, playa)

La entrada al edificio es deprimente. La entrega de llaves a las 16h, en una ubicación bastante retirada del apartamento, olor a humedad en el salón, se escucha bastante ruido de la calle y del edificio. Ni un solo consejo o recomendación de donde comer o visitar, nos vinimos y nadie se intereso por llave ni nada. Vi muchos requisitos para entrar y un sinfín de prohibiciones pero muy poca atención al cliente

"Nice flat, overshadowed by an unfriendly staff and complex logistics to pick up the keys"

The flat is very well equipped, fully refurbished, and perfectly suitable for short term stays. Very clean, sufficiently climatized (2 ACs in good condition), ample living space and bedroom. Location is also very good, downtown area, walking distance to all touristic spots in the city and yet very quiet in the evening.

Our biggest issue was collecting the keys. They need to be collected in the other side of the downtown area (about a 20 min walk form the flat) which for Cadiz distances is quite far. Also, the staff at the reception desk was quite standoffish and cold, and to make matters worse they gave us the wrong keys. We couldn't get into the apartment and when we reached out to them they kept in insisting we had to "wiggle" the key to make it work, until ultimately they sent someone who changed our keys as we obviously had the wrong set of keys.

La ventana daba directamente a la calle y no teníamos cortina por lo que no podíamos tener claridad de la calle sin ser vistos

La ubicació. El bany és fantàstic. La climatizació perfecta.

Falta lloc per posar roba. L'armari es insuficient. Seria d'agraïr sobre la pica de rentar plats que hi hagués un llum.
