"Potentially excellent."

It was a spacious property, especially for our family of 4. It was great to have off-street parking. Being close to the train station was very useful for us, as well. Large garden. Plenty of bathrooms/toilets available. We loved having a T.V. in each room, including the kitchen. Nice decor. Other than the points below, it has the potential to be excellent.

Cleanliness is important, and sadly, the property wasn't as clean as it could have been. There were cobwebs/spiderwebs in various corners around the house, used juice carton in bin area creating a smell, empty water bottle and stained rug in living room. There could have been more utensils/mugs etc in the kitchen. Ironically, the laundry area was dirty/dusty/full of webs. Finally, we had to navigate overgrown foliage to get to/from the front door. It's a shame.
