The location, space, cleanliness and the property in general. Appreciated the fans (hottest days in May on record), the wine milk and cookies were a nice surprise. All communication from the owners was clear and easy to follow.

Beautiful apartment, close to everything

The apartment is in a lovely period building with high ceilings. Decorated and furnished beautifully. Very large rooms. The apartment is midway between Tankerton and Whitstable. We walked to both places, very easy walk. We visited lots of lovely eating places including the Bubble for breakfast; Keith’s coffee bar in Whitstable for great crab sandwiches, and Basil and co in Tankerton. This was on Norman’s recommendation and was superb - thank you! A great apartment for family or friends to share with two en suite bathrooms. I would highly recommend and we will return! X

Delightful, spacious and good quiet location. Apartment was secure and comfortable, meeting all of our needs. Booking, access and communication with owner easy. Short walk to town and attractions. Parking available for those with a car.

Ideal location and plenty of room for us and our daughter and family to come over. All on one level and lift to get to the first floor perfect for our 95 year old mum. Everything we needed and lots of nice touches (wine and milk in the fridge, biscuits and the coffee machine )from our hosts

Fantastic, spacious, modern, well equipped apartment

Lovely apartment, both bedrooms en-suite and another toilet/bathroom as well. Kitchen had everything you needed apart from egg-cups - minor problem. Approx 10 min. walk to Tankerton where there are various restaurants, pubs, shops, and 15 mins walk to get into Whitstable. There was a lift from the entrance to the first floor which was approciated by the elderly members of our party.

The only (slight) problem was that we had two elderly ladies with mobility issues with us and there was no safety/grab rail in the shower, but if you are able-bodied, it wouldn't be a problem.
