The instructions were clear, the bed was comfortable, and the apartment was very warm. Great location

The cold water faucet needs to be fixed , the shower curtain is too short. I wish there was a mop in the apartment.

The management of this property is highly unprofessional. I have been requesting the invoice for my stay for over a month, but I have not received it. I think they have something fishy with them.

Beds are so comfortable, room is clean, metro is close.

Water in the bathroom sink was always hot, couldn’t get cold water.

Communication with the staff was poor. The accommodation was not ready at the time of check-in and no one answered our phone. We were standing on the street with two children and waiting. Also, they didn't provide us with a wifi code for the entire duration. They persistently gave us the wrong code and did not solve the problem during our stay.

No cleaning or cleaning staff provided like sweeper, mop . Kitchen in good condition. The bathroom white shower curtain bottom was orange coloured already.Set higher or wash-change etc. The toilet sit wasn't fixed , otherwise perfect . Lobby after few days water coming from somewhere...probably from heating pipes. Living room : Beds are fine, but I don't know when it was cleaned underneath last time , standing lamps, no bulbs at all , the curtain holder triangle hang on only 1 screw on 3 m high above the bed and table so I moved to the other bed . Tv comes with no channels, only YouTube tricky advertising. Internet somewhere sometimes, no stable even if you have . I used my own net mainly .Slow or no communication. I was left 1 week with no main light .. Sent a message email or even tried to contact them, no answer or no local contact to turn in need.
