looks nice, relatively clean. sheets clean, hot water almost on demand, usually enough for a full shower and hair wash. comes with water kettle and container for storing water. responsive to requests for common stuff like towel, toilet roll. kitchen food is pretty good and fast. netflix avail on TV.

limited hair dryers that has to be shared with guests. requested not to makeup room for first day, but remaining 3 days also zero room cleaning. on last night wifi was down but the staff reset the TV settings instead - making the TV also not work after the router was restarted. balcony door doesn’t close properly, leaving a huge gap that let a cold draft in all night. requested manager to fix but nothing was done when i returned to room. called recep and a staff came but also left and never came back. ended up stuffing a towel into the crack and asking for an extra blanket. and ended up never using the balcony. should just give a heater.
