Good facilities and good staff behaviour

Good property to stay. The room was a bit small but the balcony with a nice view made up for everything. The staff were very courteous and Mr. Prabir at the front desk was very helpful.

All good. No complaints.

The facilities were top notch. Staff was also friendly and helpful. Cleanliness of the property was excellent.

The food served was a little oily and messed. The location of the hotel was also a little bit terrible.

The view from the property is superb . You can see mountains and moving clouds if it’s raining .

The entrance there is steep slope which not suitable for walking and my parents were travelling with me so it was an huge issue. During my stay one day they have denied giving us food because the hotel was booked for a party. And ordering food from outside is also a hassle and it takes almost 1 hour for food to reach you.

View from room was breathing.. Swimming pool was fun for kid. Staff were fine.

It's a steep 45% climb to main road. Not possible for elderly. We travelled end of Sep' 24 and it was very warm in night/hot in day. No AC in rooms.
