Access poor security front door key on hook next to front door.for room padlock .room door shows signs of forced entry Room in poor shape nobedside lights in bathroom water runs cold Why don't yo check your properties ? Appalling

The location was easy to find and parking facilities were great. Unfortunately it fell below our expectations, but we did have a good night's rest once settled.

The key for the property being hung outside of the house. It felt very unsafe as 4 female guests that anyone could access the space overnight. However the host was amazing, he communicated well , left us a bottle of prosecco ( we didn't even drink it) but the gesture was appreciated.

The people running it were nice and good to deal with. There is parking right outside, although we didn't use it. I had to change our arrival time on the day and hosts were understanding. They provided plenty of towels for us, we did not have to share any.

The curtains are very thin, the room was flooded with light by 0630, this with kids is not ideal, you need to be able to control when they wake up. The traffic outside is quite noisy so some solution there would help, maybe like secondary glazing. Maybe the hallway could do with a quiet sign. The room could do with some small lights. Wasn't easy getting kids to sleep as they had forgotten their books and lights. Room did have a book, but without the big light on people wouldn't be able to read it unless they had their own light. I did not find much in the cutlery drawer, kitchen could do with a pack of cutlery added.

I really liked the room the prosecco and sweets were a luvly gesture water in the fridge and tea and coffee facilities great. Bed Clean and comfy.

Door to room not with sufficient locks didn't even shut properly so felt a little vulnerable. Lots of noise through the evening, people cooking late into the night, felt like people may have lived there, made our dogs very on edge as it did ourselves. Tv wasn't tuned into anything so wasn't able to watch even the basic channels.

Super helpful and generous

There was water and milk and cereal waiting for us.

The owners were Very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. They left a packet of sweets for the children and a bottle of Prosecco for the adults!!
