The lodge is positioned away from the busy area so it felt really private. The. Lodge itself is very well appointed and felt really comfortable and homely, lovely touch with the throws and additional throws for those colder evenings. Just a really nice feel about the place!!!

Just a little more cutlery and an additional chair for our fifth person to sit at the dining table.

"Beautiful surroundings and exceptional lodge"

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed and the hot tub was a bonus. The grounds were beautifully maintained. We enjoyed every minute there.

It's nice and quiet and the hot tub was great. Half an hour from york where there's everything you could need.

No shop on site to buy milk ect the cleanliness of the lodge was disgusting! The mattresses need to be put in the bin!!!!
