Classy & comfortable condo!

This Vonda was so cute and comfortable. I also loved that we could bbq and swing by the beach! The tide can be quite far out at times but it was still very nice!

Excellent location right on the beach. Close to shopping center, Publix, Walmart, library, hospital. Enjoyed indoor pool, sauna, exercise room. Well equipped kitchen. Apartment dark needs day long electric lighting. Lacks soundproofing, noise from apartment above disturbing. Wifi average. Vacuum cleaner would be useful for long stay. Instructions for opening entrance door not precise enough. Couldn't enter the apartment, called the host but didn't get a call back. Advisable to rent on top floor.

I had a very disappointing experience with this location. Here’s what happened: Communication with the host was poor from the start. I informed the host of my tentative arrival time, making it clear this was not my check-in time. On the day of arrival, I sent a message and called to notify the host that I would arrive 2–3 hours earlier than anticipated but still after 2 PM. Despite this, I arrived at 5 PM—well after the official check-in time—and found the property dirty and not cleaned. I tried multiple times to contact the host via phone and messages, but received no response. After waiting over an hour without being able to check in, I informed the host that I would find alternative accommodation and requested a full refund due to the situation. The host refused to issue a full refund, falsely claiming that I had requested to check in late. She was rude and uncooperative throughout. Additionally, the location charges $20 for parking, which is not disclosed upfront. You cannot enter the premises without paying this fee to a security guard, who only accepts cash. Despite not staying at the property, I was unable to recover the parking fee as the guard refused to reimburse it. Overall, this was a terrible experience—poor communication, a property not cleaned on time, hidden charges, and rude service. Not recommended!

This place was nothing but amazing!! It was still like home away from home. Very comfortable and cozy!! We are planning to go back real soon.

Very clean, well decorated. Great location. Beach equipment provided.

The property layout wasn’t easy to figure out. While the door code was provided, how to get the door to accept the code wasn’t straight forward ( had to hit center to get key pad to light up after wandering around property I wasn’t confident I was at the right unit enough to want to mess with the door). Hot tub and indoor pool were both very cold. Overall the positives far outweigh negatives but want to provide feedback

It was a very nice and clean environment. After a 12 hr drive it was nice to come and relax here. The lady that handled our reservation and stay was very helpful and handled everything we needed in a timely manner.

Never seen any elevators , that would have been helpful with having four handicap ppl with us so having room on the 2nd floor was a bit hard. But other than that it was very nice.

Amenities were wonderful and location was incredible! Able to easily walk to the beach!

Very minor cosmetic damages that were brought to the owner’s attention. They in no way affected our enjoyment and the owner indicated they would send maintenance to fix
