Mekhoo & Zizi Sapa Homestay

Our family loved it at Zizi Homestay! Cultural activities and food were highlights.

Some extra seating at Zizi Homestay would have been nice, especially for larger groups

Stayed at Mekhoo Homestay for a week and loved every moment. The trekking, food, and hospitality were top-notch.

Wish the room had more space for our things, but the stay was still wonderful.

A bit tricky to find without a guide, but we made it! The sign at Zizi could be a little more visible.

The hills here have a sound. Not loud, just a soft echo. Wind, chickens, someone singing far off. You feel like the whole mountain’s breathing around you.

That house isn’t just a place to sleep. It’s where people gather and eat and laugh and tell stories. You can feel it. Like, you walk in and know stuff has happened there. Good stuff. Real stuff.

Coldest shower of my life. Not even kidding. But after a long trek, it kinda felt like a reward? And then they gave us hot tea, which made everything better.

We helped pick herbs behind the house. I had no idea what I was doing, but the aunties laughed with me and showed me. That’s where I met someone special too. Wild, huh?
