It was absolutely CLEAN! Great AC. Hygiene products, water, candy and so on. The location is amazing. If I knew from the start I would have booked 3 nights instead of 1 before my trip to Brac. Highly recomended! Never experienced so many satelite channels!

The bed is a little bit to hard for my back.

Location cannot be beat. Couldn’t believe it was about 50 meters from probably the most photographed section of the old palace. No stairs is a bonus for anyone with luggage. I was perfectly comfortable. Communication from host was excellent. The hairdryer was the best I’ve ever used in a hotel/apartment. Would stay again.

The place is perfect. Honestly one of the best accommodations I’ve booked. It’s clean, everything you need is there and it’s in the middle of the old town. The host is very accommodating too and they can meet your requests as long as it’s possible. Highly recommended!

the location is at the entrance to the old town but far from the noise and tourists, so very well located, easily accessible, the decoration is very pretty and clean, there is the necessary equipment and the host is easy to contact and caregiver

It was fantastic to be staying inside palace walls, close to everything needed. I loved it! The accomodation was perfect to me and the host was polite and willing to help with my questions when first arrived. A plus to some travellers: no steps/stairs to get there too with your suitcase.

Very central! The host is super kind. There was even a meal of ready made salad in the fridge, sweets, lost of different coffee types . Very clean and comfortable.

Ideal for a single person or a couple as toilet is not fully enclosed. It is rather small… The above didn’t bother us but I thought I’d mention…

Great value for money, unbeatable location, well stocked, two single beds, so not romantic, but perfect for a quick stop over 👍🏻

Wrong code given for door

I was initially a little worried as the owner was only going to provide the door key code a couple of hours prior to my arrival. Fortunately when I landed at Split airport and got Wi-Fi, there was a message for me with the code. It was about a 10 minute walk from Split bus station. I was amazed how close the room was to everything. There is a Roman mosaic about 10 seconds from the front door. Ruins are a minute away to the left. The ticket office to the cathedral and belltower is a minute away, as are market stalls with fresh fruit in abundance (turn right twice). There is also an underground passageway that takes you out to the Riva and the port in a couple of minutes. The room was well equipped with crockery, cutlery, fridge, kettle etc. Very powerful shower, heaps of towels, hairdryer, toiletries left by other guests. The door to the room opens directly onto the street. There was sometimes noise at night from other people returning in the side alley and you are likely to get woken up by the bells at 7:00 am! Two negative things though: Wi-Fi was really poor and it took hours to sync photos to my iPad. The Wi-Fi also affected the smart TV so you couldn’t watch any live tv programmes. The shower floods the bathroom (the area by the toilet). This was a pain as it took ages to dry out. The host was really good at answering questions. I loved my stay here because of the central location.
