Verde Valley Deck Cottage 8

Good stay. Reasonably priced especially in that area. Short drive into Sedona and located in an area close to Cottonwood and nearby scenic towns. We booked cabin 8 but we’re put in 6 (noticed that AFTER we drove all the way down the valley and unpacked and didn’t want to go back to change. Comfy foam mattress on bed, nice linens and ample fluffy towels. Fully equipped kitchen but not a lot of counter space to prep a meal. Clean cottage and well maintained. Quiet location.

The box spring needs to be replaced. Made very loud noises with ANY movement on the bed. I suspect the wood is dried out but whatever the reason it woke us up throughout the night anytime either of us moved. Cell service is non existent in the area where we were. We purchased Jabba internet and it was definitely slow when we could connect so don’t waste your money. Walk to a clubhouse and use the wifi there.
