"Great stay"

Modern, all amenities needed and close to shops.

The lights under the beds were loose and just on the floor. Really hot could do with a fan for each room

Easy check in and close to work.

We did not have hot water for our entire stay. When I reported this we were told to keep checking for two days before they called an engineer. When it became apparent that it would not be fixed before we left they offered to get a hotel room so we could shower but this was an inappropriate solution. This was a Friday and we would check out Sunday AM. They offered To reimburse us some money and never did.
