Zimmerangaben waren falsch - 5 aufgeschrieben, aber nur 4 vorhanden. Toiletten stanken dermassen, auch im ganzen Haus. Toilettenpapier durfte nicht weggespült werden. Es gab Kübel neben der Toilette. Eine Toilette konnte nicht benutzt werden, da beim Spülen alles überlief. Wir mussten Decken dazu kaufen. Es gab zuwenig davon. Badetücher wurden nie wie angegeben gewechselt. Im Inserat war eine Waschmaschine aufgeführt. Die gab es nicht. Wir mussten in den Waschsalon. Die ganze Terrasse war voller Ameisen. Draußen gab es keine Sonnenschirme und auch sonst kein Strandzubehör, wie wir das für so ein Haus und Preis hätten erwarten können. Der Grill war unbrauchbar, da total verrostet. Auf dem Dach stand nur eine Liege neben dem Jacuzzi. Absolut unmöglich dort lange an der Sonne zu liegen. Die Duschen waren z.T. rostig und die Fugen sehr unansehnlich. Der Vermieter wollte zu den Beanstandungen keine Auskunft geben. Sehr unfreundlich. Wir waren alle sehr enttäuscht.

La casa e la posizione

Esperienza disastrosa : 1) soggiorno con 2 bambine e la mattina dopo acqua gelida: segnalato h8 alla proprietà con scuse e conferma che sarebbero intervenuti a cambiare la bombola gas. Alle h19 ancora non erano intervenuti, con bimbe infreddolite!!!!! 2) informazioni ingannevoli : casa con 5 camere, 4 delle quali con letto francese e 1 con letti singoli. Falso, le camere sono 4 + sala fon divano letto. Quando all’arrivo l’ho fatto presente , mi è stato detto era un errore sul sito riscontrato la settimana prima: di nuovo falso, abbiamo soggiornato 19-21 settembre e la pagina con descrizione é così da 9 mesi da quando ho prenotato a dicembre 2024 3) 1700€ per 2 notti e nemmeno un doccia schiuma, solo sapone per le mani Un incubo, ho aperto una contestazione con Booking

The villa itself was lovely—spacious, clean and well-maintained. Location was fantastic for those aiming to unwind and step away from the hustle and bustle and yet be close to a number of restaurants and venues for a chilled night out. Overall, the villa has great potential, but there are some areas that need improvement to offer a more complete and enjoyable experience for guests.

No Wi-Fi available. It was noted at booking that the service will not be available however in today's connected world, and for the price that was paid, Wi-Fi should be a given. Additionally, and one of the most unsettling factor was the security and privacy. The gate was not lockable, and anybody could make their way in towards the outdoors of the property at any time of day. Moreover we had on two different days persons come over to carry out some maintenance to the pool and jacuzzi without prior forewarning and they simply walked in on us at the property. This made us feel very uneasy, and unsafe, particularly at night. On the booking pages, it is said that the villa consists of 5 bedrooms but it only had 4 bedrooms and an additional 2 sofa beds in the living area. Lastly, again for the price we paid the villa was not adequately equipped with a washing machine and basic supplies such as toiletries. These would have made our stay more comfortable.

Mancano Wi-Fi, lavatrice, kit di benvenuto, istruzioni per utilizzo piscina,luci esterne, vasca idro sul terrazzo, numero civico esterno al cancello, caffettiere di più dimensioni, pulizia degli spazi esterni e della piscina e soprattutto lo sgradevole inconveniente delle acque nere fuoriuscite dal bagno al piano terra

La struttura tutto sommato, se fosse stata gestita.

Non abbiamo visto nessuno, tutte le operazioni di accoglienza si sono svolte tramite messaggi, con risposte anche dopo mezz'ora dalla richiesta. Struttura pulita parzialmente male, con la presenza della spazzatura dei precedenti ospiti che ci ha fatto compagnia per il periodo della nostra permanenza. Il gestore ci ha lasciati senza acqua calda per una giornata intera, senza verificare le minime condizioni di accoglienza all'ingresso. Piscina sporca. Vasca idromassaggio non funzionante. Tutta la struttura permeata da umidità visibile e di conseguenza maleodorante anche negli ambienti notte. Barbecue senza gas inutilizzabile. In ultima istanza, ospiti lasciati a se stessi senza i minimi servizi di assistenza. Assolutamente da non consigliare. Peccato.

Direkte Strandlage eigener Pool und Whirlpool. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über eigenes Bad und Klimaanlagen. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet. Die Sitzbereiche draußen und innen waren einladend und gemütlich. Alles war zu Fuß zu erreichen, somit konnten wir das Auto stehen lassen.

Die Unterkunft ist tadellos es gibt nichts was man besser machen könnte. Das Dusche in der Suite hatte einen technischen Fehler es kam nur heißes Wasser. Das kann schon mal vorkommen finden wir persönlich nicht schlimm sollte aber behoben werden. Das sich Kinder verbrennen könnten.
