Excellent service, personnel ready to take the extra mile for customers. Very good breakfast.

A bit old bathroom systems, but not really bothered. No elevator.

"Charming building and good location."

Definitely an older and charming building. Reserved parking was easy (additional cost). And the cafe breakfast food was great.

The faucets were really hard to operate and each of them was different in terms of what was cold and what was hot.

"Great Stay in Milwaukee"

The facility is great and ideally located. We were upgraded before we arrived, nice surprise. Breakfast was delicious and a good value. We think Plaza hotel's most appreciated amenity is the staff! Coming back!

If we had decided to stay another day or so....
