"Nice property but needs a tidy and miles away from Disney."

Spacious house.

Very tired, filthy outside furniture, windows didn’t look like they had ever been cleaned. Pool dirty and not skimming debris off surface. Hopeless instructions for arrival. Gives all details of where to go to collect. Miles away from property to find at the bottom of email saying not to go there from 2 years ago! Take the details off!!!!!

Great location, liked the activities in the game room. Loved having a pool right outside.

Took longer than I had hoped to respond to questions, ended up fixing one of our issues due to lack of response.

The quietness of the neighborhood. The pool area.location of resort.

Downstairs bedroom needs a new mattress In my opinion. More towels are neededi,needed, you going to use the pool.

The house was amazing. The private pool perfect for when the main clubhouse was busy. Amazing layout. Great game room The community was safe. There was no crazy out of control party houses being a predominantly STR community, great for a family vacation.

The main resort lazy river has droves of rude low mannered tween kids that made it unsafe for my younger kids. Staff watched but didn't seem to stop the behavior, they did control behavior on the slide a little better.very frequently smell of weed wafting around while sitting on back patio - this could have been due to being there on spring break.
