Inmejorable ubicación en pleno casco histórico de Donostia, el piso impecable, se ve mas grande que en las fotos.

Location very good, despite is a bit noisy and crowded over weekends

Poor facilities and lack of maintenance. Horrible odor / smell of piss as the shower doesn’t work properly. Dust under the beds, noisy mattresses, lack of kitchen utilities.

The apartment has great potential — it’s in an excellent location, and the owner was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The place was clean overall, good coffee machine and the bed linen was fresh.

We were quite disappointed as the apartment didn’t match the photos and felt like it was left halfway through refurbishment or not properly prepared for guests. Upon arrival, we were met with a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which lingered throughout the flat and even in the bedrooms. There was also an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom sink that kept returning during our stay. Two of the bedrooms face the street, and the noise level due to people drinking, singing and chatting on the street was extremely high, making it nearly impossible to sleep — even with earplugs. The bathroom cupboard was half-dismounted, and several chandeliers had visible cables coming out of the ceiling. In one of the rooms, the radiator was completely detached from the wall and left on the floor. The kitchen facilities also need attention — some fittings were falling apart, there was mold around the sink’s silicone, and we even found leftover food in the freezer. It’s a real pity, because the apartment could be fantastic with some proper maintenance, better preparation, and soundproofing. For now, though, it doesn’t meet the expectations set by the listing photos.

Lo único bueno es la ubicación, en pleno casco antiguo justo al lado del puerto.

Por desgracia todo lo relacionado con el apartamento. Le falta mucho mantenimiento , bastantes cosas rotas, falta de limpieza y lo peor el baño....ducha con moho, ventana sin persiana con una cortina semitransparente. Respecto a la comunicación con el propietario, me sorprende el resto de comentarios ya que tuve muy mala experiencia, la entrada estaba prevista para las 16:00h, previa comunicacion del dia anterior y hasta una hora despues tras muchas llamadas, no tuve respuesta ni indicaciones para poder entrar al apartamento.
