Sersi Paros Villas & Suites

Die Villa mit eigenem Pool war einfach ein Traum. Wir hatten 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder und einen großen Außenbereich. Die Einrichtung war so schick und es war top ausgestattet und sauber. Die Anlage ist insgesamt klein und es war total ruhig. Am Gemeinschaftspool gab es eine Bar und man konnte Frühstück aufs Zimmer bestellen, das haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Die Lage ist auch gut, mit dem Auto kommt man schnell überall hin. Zu Fuß ist aber eher schwierig. Wir waren wirklich begeistert von der Unterkunft und würden sie zu 100% weiterempfehlen!!

Das einzige "lästige" waren die vielen Insekten auf der Terrasse und teils auch sehr große Spinnen. Aber dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts. Es gibt dafür auch Fliegengitter an den Türen.

We recently stayed at Sersi Paros Villas & Suites and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. A special mention must go to Georgios, who was incredibly attentive throughout our stay. He responded promptly to all of our WhatsApp questions and requests, and his friendly, charismatic personality made us feel genuinely welcome. His local knowledge, helpful advice, and recommendations added significant value to our stay and made exploring Paros much easier. The villa itself was beautiful, spacious, and exceptionally private, with its own dedicated entrance. It was immaculately clean upon arrival and had a fresh, welcoming feel from the moment we checked in. The property was also remarkably quiet and peaceful, creating the perfect environment to relax and unwind. One of the aspects we appreciated most was the location. While it is away from the busier tourist areas and nightlife, this provides a sense of tranquillity that many travellers will value. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat where you can truly switch off and enjoy the serenity of Paros, the setting is ideal. At the same time, it is conveniently located near Pounda Port, making it easy to catch the ferry to Antiparos or join boat tours to attractions such as the Blue Lagoon. Overall, Sersi Paros Villas & Suites offered a beautiful combination of comfort, privacy, cleanliness, and relaxation. Combined with Georgios’ exceptional hospitality, it made for a memorable stay that we would happily recommend to anyone seeking a peaceful and authentic Paros experience.

Nice villa, outside area really nice

To be honest and quite general, I thought the service and lack of interest and care for us during our stay was frankly shocking. From the minute we arrived, communication was slow, sporadic and generally unhelpful. We came from 2 previous experiences in Santorini and Ios where the hosts literally couldn’t do more to make our stay and our experience as best as it could be, from recommendations during our stay, to transport options and advice, even something like ordering us food and drink to our villa in Ios as a gesture of goodwill and general kindness. It was so bad in Paros that we asked for a quad bike, and the host thought everything had been agreed, despite not responding, then we were greeted with a text saying our quad bike is here the following day, when we’d gone to an alternative vendor due to lack of timely and incomplete responsiveness. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay at this villa ever again, despite the general niceness of the villa itself. The bar at the pool wasn’t even open some days, and for somewhere that’s in the middle of nowhere, it was a saving grace we had a car to run to the shops as otherwise we would have had potentially very limited options to eat and drink. All in all, for such a nice property on the surface, 1 star is generous.

Wonderful stay. The place is beautiful well taken care of and as advertised. Is not a hotel style so make sure to pack food drinks before to arrive. The property is a bit off grid where not a lot of options are available near by but is a great quiet place to stay during you vacation in Paros

Felt a bit unsafe since is so open next to the road but believe is super safe and quiet. I felt it at first because I didn’t see much movement of guest or even people that work for the property

The main pool and room were STUNNING!!! Big spacious guestrooms, and the patio with the pool was incredible, great spot to watch the sunrise and sunset!

Check in was a bit confusing, but Niki was fantastic and very helpful in connecting with different services. There is no option for food or beverages onsite or anywhere near the property so be prepared and either bring food or rent a car.

We spent a wonderful six days at the lovely Sersi Villas and Nikki, our host, was particularly brilliant. The villa was spacious and very comfortable with a private pool and outdoor area. We also enjoyed using the main pool area and bar which was luxurious and had lovely views. Great quiet location, but easy to explore the island by car, lots of lovely beaches and restaurants and excellent recommendations from Nikki who could not have been more helpful. Even before arrival, Giorgos was very helpful with any question or requests.

Wir hatten ein großes Apartment mit einer tollen großen Terrasse gemietet. Dadurch hatten wir viel Platz, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Das Apartment hat eine ganz gute Ausstattung und sogar eine Waschmaschine. Wir wurden nett empfangen und wenn wir etwas gebraucht haben, wurde uns schnell und unkompliziert weitergeholfen.

Als wir ankamen, war bereits eine Türklinke abgerissen. Das war aber auch bekannt. Teilweise haben die Elektrokabel an den Lampen unverkleidet herausgeschaut, was wirklich gefährlich ist. Es kam zwar jeden Tag eine Putzfrau, aber der Boden wurde nie sauber gewischt. Die Nachbarn haben mehrere Hunde, die die Nachtruhe leider oft unterbrechen weil sie die halbe Nacht bellen. Wir hatten gehofft, dass wir etwas mehr Privatsphäre auf der Terrasse haben. Leider war diese aber vom Parkplatz und Pool gerade an unserem Whirlpool komplett einsehbar. Der Whirlpool wurde am letzten Tag gereinigt und schien nicht sauber zu sein. Darin baden wollten wir nicht. Alles in allem, leider viele negativen Punkte, die Preis-Leistung absolut nicht rechtfertigen.
