I rumori sono insopportabili sia della stanze vicine, soprattutto perché il bagno dei vicini è proprio attaccato alla stanza e il rumore dello scarico è insopportabile. Molto simile per il rumore della strada sotto alla stanza.

Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato asciugamani usati e umidi dentro l'armadio. I letti senza coperte. Rifiuto da parte della proprietà di fornirci coperte. Un solo bicchiere per 6 persone. Letti scomodi. Pulizia scarsa. Porta del bagno non si chiude. Via molto trafficata sotto casa. Copriletti macchiati.

Everything else was good but the fact that you most check in by 5pm made it worst because someone like i who came from far distance and arrived Verona by 9am in the morning has to wait someone till 5pm before checking in .
