ABs Abode Hotel in Mussoorie is a wonderful place to stay in Mussoorie. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff was extremely polite and helpful. The food was decent, and the view from the hotel was absolutely stunning, offering a breathtaking valley panorama. Perfect for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

All the reviews I read about the hotel seems fake. The hotel facilities were pathetic. 1. There was no electricity throughout and they had no back up 2. Due to whatever reason they didnt have water supply even in washrooms 3 Couldnt even use the kettle as there was no electricity, no warm water even for drinking leave aside making tea or coffee 4. Couldn't take bath as there was no electricity 5. Breakfast area is not at all as shown in the pictures. Lousy place. 6. No extra Quilt was there in the room. The room was so cold I couldnt sleep all night. 7. No information was given on using the contact numbers on the intercom, no wifi password was provided. 8 They handed over the room without even cleaning. Soiled towels were kept there from previous clients. 9. All pictures shown on Booking.com seems fake and made up.

It was not clean. Water was not available in washroom. Housekeeping service was very bad and staff did not cooperate at all. Total wastage of money.

Location was superb Near to Mall Road And the view was amazing from hotel

Cleanliness

Very courteous staff. Location is excellent right at the foots of mall road. Can watch sunset right from your room balcony, if you book rooms on that side. They provide pick up and drop from hotel to mall road up to the last point where vehicle can go. Staff was very helpful, they even sent driver to the main road to bring our vehicle to parking and vice versa. We ended up extending our stay by 1 day and cancelled other hotel that we had booked..
