Eché de menos algunas cosas de menaje en el piso y había una ventana sin persiana donde entraba mucha claridad. También algo de ruido desde la carretera .

La ubicación, en la misma playa y la piscina muy cerca.

El agua de la ducha se salia mucho al suelo al no tener mampara completa

El alojamiento esta en una buena ubicación.

No hay suficiente potencia para poder tener el aire acondicionado y alomejor 1 fuego de la vitroceramica. Se iba la luz todo el rato si poníamos algo más de la cuenta La ducha está mal, se sale el agua por todos los lados y está despegado una baldosa que hace que se salga todo Las luces fatal, no teníamos apenas luz y encima iban cuando querían, hemos estado 3 días sin encender las luces porque también fallaban No hay luz en la escalera y el último escalón es tan alto que te das cuando subes el escalón Algo que me ha parecido lo más importante es que pone que hay 2 baños cuando no es así, es un aseo y un baño, donde solo hay 1 ducha y el otro baño solo tiene una taza de vater

It's a nice location, it's right on the beach and it's a reasonable cab fair into downtown Valencia. The lady who rents the place seems pleasant and well meaning.

They messed up the time we were checking in so we had to wait over 30 minutes to get into the apartment. If the owner is paying someone to clean for her, quite frankly they are cheating her as the place was dirty. The apartment was infested with bugs and we had to kill a bunch of bugs we found hatching in it. Using multiple appliances in the kitchen at the same time like doing laundry and making coffee blows the breaker. None of the windows have a screen on them. Nothing really stocked in the apartment when you arrive beyond plates, cups etc you need to get everything yourself. The towels sucked and were old and scratchy. The pillows were terrible and so was the bedding. The bedding and towels smelled musty. The towels at least smelled better once they were washed with proper detergent that we bought. This would probably be a nice place to rent if it was properly maintained. Also the pool listed is not affiliated with the property, it's a municipal pool and it costs three euros per person to use it any time you use it. Listing the place as having a pool is misleading. There is a pool nearby but it costs you to use it. No different than if a gym was located next door which you could pay to use. The restaurants around the apartment are all tourist traps which charge you double what you pay downtown for significantly worse food. Don't eat at any of them except the Gelato places,it's hard to screw up Gelato.
