- Wifi connection is weak - Response rate very low (not reply to any questions regarding the facilities) - poor sound proofing - can smell smoke from neighbourhood

difficult to find and access..a bit confuse. the person to follow-up..not friendly with customers. the wifi id given, there isn't. no cup or any sachet of coffee or tea provide like other homestay or hotel. (for this still feel find). requsted for 2 extra pillow but did not get (for this still feel find but a bit sad).

The place is really convenient and the host is really nice. Very recommended

The overall experience with this unit was quite unsatisfactory. Firstly, the host requested payment via direct bank transfer to a company account instead of the standard credit card payment through the platform, which raised concerns about transparency. Communication was unprofessional from the start. The person handling WhatsApp messages used informal language, even addressing me as "Bossku," which felt inappropriate and untrustworthy. It did not inspire confidence in the legitimacy of the process. We only received the mailbox lock code to collect the keys at 3:15 PM—after I had to follow up and request it myself. Shortly after checking in, the host asked us to cancel our booking via the Booking.com app, which was both confusing and concerning. The condition of the studio was also disappointing. It was not clean: there was visible dust on the furniture and lamps, the bedsheets and blanket were not properly arranged, there were ants on the dining table and kitchen counter, stains on the dining table, hair on the floor, and mosquitoes in the unit. I stayed at another unit in Tamarind Suites the next day that was much more cleaner, more spacious, and hosted by someone with far better communication—all at the same price.

Highly recommend! The unit was spotless, well-equipped, and located near so many cafes.
