Grand Central Suite 1BD Apt

First, this is a scam as it is supposed to fit 4 people but there is only 1 bed for 2. Secondly, the appartement is extremely dirty (see pictures) with a strong smell of smoke while it is indicated to be non-smoking. There is no duvet on the bed and only 1 (dirty too) towel. Finally, the area around the building feels very unsafe with a lot of strange people. Not a single answer from the property, we had to leave and book somewhere else. My worst experience ever on Booking.

There’s been attempt to update the apartment.

The owner did a bait and switch. I was not offered the apartment and location I booked. The location was unsafe. Dozens of teenagers loitering in the entryway of the building. There was a shooting right outside the door and when I asked to be relocated there was no response…. Ever!

Dirty couch and floor and noise from steps of people above the room. No chairs to sit on when eating at the bar counter
